I don't care what program or plan you are doing there are 3 simple works that will tell you why it's not working.
Let's be honest. Most people don't lose weight. Why? I'll give you 3 works and one of these I guarantee in the reason that you aren't losing weight.
BLAME
You blame everyone else but the knucklehead in the mirror. You blame your genetics, your parents, you blame McDonalds or the school system, you blame your trainer, you blame the over priced program that you bought, you blame your thyroid, you blame your spouse , you blame your neighbor and the milkman.
There is always going to be someone to blame if you can't lose weight.
Guess what? It's not their fault. It's YOUR fault.
You can lose weight and you will lose weight. First you need to stop blaming the world and start looking in the mirror at that YOU do.
COMMITMENT
Want to know the reality? Most people stop three fee from gold. Most people quit JUST BEFORE real results start to happen.
If you don't stick with something then how do you ever expect it to work?
The person that took the above pictures was having good results with out fitness and AdvoCare supplement program. Guess what happened next?
She quit and gained the weight back.
What if she had stayed committed to the process?
I don't know either. She quit.
Sometimes results are slow to come. Sometimes you need to re-adjust what you are doing. Sometimes you simple need to stay committed.
Is this too simplistic? Maybe the it is but, at the end of the day, it's the simple things in life that make a difference.
Stop quitting.
LIFESTYLE
If you have a crappy lifestyle then guess what? You will look like crap and you will feel like crap.

I'm sure you love to go out to eat but that lifestyle will kill you. You are busy. Your kids need you. You have a job that requires a lot of hours and stress. That is YOUR chosen lifestyle.
Do you balance it all? Do you eat healthy, workout everyday and have a good attitude? If you do not then your lifestyle will not allow you to lose weight.
You want to be happy and you want to unwind. I get that. Do you want to be fat all your life? Do you want to buy bigger size every year? Do you want to wear that one piece again?
Your lifestyle will dictate whether or not you lose weight.
Meet Mitzi.
About 5 years ago she joined our workout program.
She lost 45 lbs and has kept it off.
Each Tuesday, Thursday and Friday she gets up before 5 am and drives the 20 minutes to our gym to workout. She leaves at the same time each day to go home, shower and go to work. She is almost 50 and one of the most fit people in our program .
This is her lifestyle. She eats well, she works out, she doesn't over indulge in crap food. Her lifestyle is one of fitness and well and that is her secret.
Do you workout everyday? If not then maybe your lifestyle is what is holding you back.
So aren't losing weight. You aren't losing weight because you place blame and don't accept responsibility, you aren't committed and you have a lifestyle not conducing to long term results.
I'm telling you. It is one or more of these 3 factors. Once you figure out which and get to working fixing the problem then it doesn't matter what you do....you still won't lose the weight.
