We are ALL Athletes

I have heard time and time again people saying they aren't "athletes". It's a way to bring yourself down. It's self defeating talk and I don't like it.

You need to stop.

You ARE an ATHLETE. We all are.

Think about it.

How is an "athlete" different from you? 10 fingers, 10 toes. Right? One nose, one tongue....two nipples.



Blood flows through all of our veins. In reality the only REAL difference between an athlete a non-athlete is MINDSET.

I believe this will all of my heart.

Stop sabotaging yourself with negative self talk.



While most of us don't claim to be athletes I bet we all want athletes bodies? Am I wrong?

Here is a simple way to transition from "stickin' thinkin'" to champion ATHLETE thinking. Ready?

Repeat after me: I am an athlete. 



Now act like one.

-----> Be mindful of what you put in your body. 
-----> Always strive to be better. 
-----> Work hard each and every day at the gym.

Now you are an athlete. Do this for a while and guess what happens next? You will start to have the BODY of an athlete. Who doesn't want that, right?

The best things in a life are right there for us. Change your mindset to change you body and change your life.
